AHA BLS Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider
The BLS Provider Course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.
Course Features:
• Updated science and education from the new 2025 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC
• Instructor-led, hands-on class format reinforces skills proficiency
The course content focuses on:
• High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
• The AHA Chain of Survival, specifically the BLS components
• Use of an AED

The American Safety & Health Institute CPR AED and Basic First Aid course provides first responders with training in basic first aid and CPR AED procedure, including the first aid skills recommended by OSHA.

Our certified instructors bring all necessary training equipment, materials, and expertise directly to you. The AHA's self-directed eLearning BLS course. Complete online modules at your own pace, then attend a hands-on skills verification session.

Online CPR and AED course covering adults and children, with a remote skills verification component.
ASHI First Aid CPR AED Online + Remote Skills
Full combo course completed online with remote skills assessment. Covers CPR, AED, and First Aid basics.
ASHI Pediatric CPR AED First Aid Online + Skills
Specialized course covering CPR and First Aid for children and infants. The Blended Training Method employs online training in place of the classroom portion. Upon successful completion, a remote skills assessment will need to be scheduled. Students must have a smartphone with camera or a computer (laptop, desktop, tablet) with webcam for the skills session. Remote Assessment Hands-On Details: There is a remote skills test/demonstration required for successful completion of this course. RSV is a fully-integrated portal that delivers live remote hands-on skills verification with blended training options. Once the skills covered in the course are correctly demonstrated via video conferencing, rental manikin returned, a two-year ASHI certification card is provided. Remote skills session included.
